Thoughts on work

Although I have not been working for a long time, I have experienced a very different understanding in my short working years.

  1. The competition in the work environment is fierce, even to the point of life and death. There is no friendship here, only interests.
  2. Hard work does not necessarily mean more rewards. As a tool, your hard work only benefits the boss, while your own gains remain unchanged, or even worse off than some "crybabies". So don't worry about unnecessary things, especially don't worry for the bosses.
  3. It is necessary to make demands at the right time. The saying "suffering is a blessing" may be useful, but most of the time it is not. Making those who like to suffer always suffer may be the unwritten rule of the workplace. "Vileness is the pass for the vile, nobility is the epitaph for the noble."
  4. Even people you are familiar with in normal times may betray you for various selfish reasons. "Power is a good thing" does not only apply to those in high positions. In fact, even a little bit of power can give people a great sense of achievement. Therefore, do not underestimate the "distortion of human nature" that power may bring.
  5. Investing in oneself is the most worthwhile. Combining with point 2, don't worry for the bosses, but think about whether you can develop side businesses to improve your abilities and increase your income.

Before, when I saw someone write "I always appear incompatible with you because I am not perverted enough," I just took it as a joke. But now it seems that this is the harsh reality.

In the context of China, perhaps only shameless people can thrive, while being honest and sincere can only make one a fool in the eyes of others. It doesn't matter whether you work hard or not, the important thing is to get the money in your hands.
